PAR training in Cambridge

From the 12th to the 17th of January 2015 teachers from the three partner countries met in Cambridge to participate in a course at the Anglia Ruskin University. During the training, held by professor Tim Waller, the teachers studied the research method PAR (Partecipatory Action Research), that will be applied in the BRIC project.

The teachers and the coordinators that participated in the training will now share the experience in each country and inform their colleagues about the approach and the methods of the research. There will be moments of training within the schools as well as public encounters where the experience will be shared in order to open a reflections about children’s democratic involvement in public spaces in the local communities.
